1. Who we are

PlugStak runs a partner program that lets approved partners sell digital products to their own customers under their own store name. In these terms, “we” means PlugStak and “you” means the partner.

2. Becoming a partner

To join you must be at least 18, apply with true information, pass a short interview and an ID check (NIN / BVN), and keep your login details private. We may accept or decline any application.

3. Selling and delivery

You sell to your own customers and collect payment from them directly. You buy each product in your store at your partner price and deliver it to your customer. You must describe products honestly and must not promise anything we do not offer.

• No spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• No fake reviews or false claims
• No selling to anyone who says they will use a product for fraud or to break the law

4. Money, prices and refunds

Your store wallet is used only to buy products for your customers; wallet balances are not withdrawable cash. Prices can change; the price shown in your store when you buy is the price you pay. If a product cannot be delivered, the amount is returned to your wallet. Any starter credit must be repaid by the due date shown in your store.

5. Your store and brand

You may use your own store name and logo. You must not use names, logos or trademarks that belong to someone else in a misleading way.

6. Pausing or closing a store

We may pause or close a store that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk, or is inactive for a long time. We will tell you why.

7. Changes and contact
